Brief Plot Summary
A crane has collapsed onto a building, injuring and trapping hundreds of people in the rubble. When the crane operator appears to have passed out while operating the crane, House believes he's found a case. Underneath the rubble, House also finds a woman, but her leg is trapped under a block of concrete. They have to amputate after a secondary collapse to prevent crush syndrome and while taking her back to the hospital, she has a fat embolism from the amputation, causing a heart attack and she dies. House believes the operator had a brain legion. During an MRI, he begins to bleed from his nose and eye. They find nothing in the angiogram and the lumbar puncture is also negative. House then realizes that he had a spinal meningeal cyst that increased CNS pressure causing his symptoms, which can be removed by simple surgery. At the end of the scene, Cuddy comes in just as House is going to take vicodin pills, proclaiming she ended it with Lucas and that she is in love with House.
